Glimmers of hope are appearing in the Copenhagen gloom. Delegates have finally agreed a working method and as we speak, working groups on specific topics have been given till late afternoon to fill the gaps and delete the brackets in the texts. And the cavalry are coming - in the form of 116 heads of state and government. Rumours of the Danes giving up or the Chinese walking out seem to have been just that, rumours......Still no hot food for delegates inside but the things are warming up !
